If your product develops a manufacturing fault or arrives defective, you may report it within 30 days of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed by FitNest Gear.
Exchanges
We replace items only where products are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
