FitNest Gear is operated by FitNest Wellness (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/135912/07, from 9 Hibiscus Avenue, Gordon’s Bay, Cape Town, Western Cape, 7140. Contact: fitnest.sa@gmail.com or 067 681 4293. These terms apply to your use of the FitNest Gear online store and purchases made through it.

Products, prices and availability

Product images and descriptions are provided to help you choose, but screen colours and minor packaging details may vary. All Yoco orders are charged in South African rand. The USA storefront may show an estimated US-dollar amount alongside the exact ZAR price; the card issuer handles conversion and may charge its own fee.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch where payment is not verified, stock is unavailable, pricing is clearly erroneous, delivery cannot reasonably be completed, fraud is suspected or the order would be unlawful. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount received using the original method where reasonably possible.

Payments and Instant EFT / Bank Transfer

Card and supported wallet payments are verified through the selected provider. An Instant EFT / Bank Transfer order is recorded as unpaid while you make the transfer from your banking app. Use the unique order reference shown after checkout. FitNest Gear will never rely on a payment screenshot alone and will move the order into paid fulfilment only after the deposit is independently confirmed in the receiving bank account.

Unpaid bank-transfer orders may reserve available stock for up to 72 hours. If payment is not verified within that period, the reservation may expire and the order may be cancelled. If a late payment is received after stock is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.

Delivery, returns and refunds

The Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. They explain current delivery coverage, estimates, return steps and remedies. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account and order-access links confidential and provide accurate information. You may not misuse the store, interfere with its security, submit false payment information, scrape protected customer data or use the service for unlawful activity. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store or the law.

Product safety and responsible use

Read and follow the instructions, warnings, maintenance guidance and suitability information supplied with a product. Fitness, recovery, compression, electrical and wellness products are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Ask a qualified health professional before use if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, use an implanted medical device or are uncertain whether a product is suitable for you.

Changes, governing law and disputes

We may update these terms prospectively when the store, services or law changes. The version displayed when you place an order applies to that transaction unless a mandatory legal rule requires otherwise. These terms are governed by South African law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint promptly; your right to approach an appropriate regulator, ombud, tribunal or court is not limited.
